I have sent the application form but I have not received an answer yet. Why?

Evaluation of application forms can take up to 15 working days. In the application form that I have sent I forgot some information. Can I add it?

I have chosen some exhibition plan but now I would like to change it. Is it possible?

It's possible to downgrade to a lower plan level, only before you have paid the registration fee. Instead, you can upgrade to a higher level at any time by paying the difference between the current plan and the new one.

 

How group exhibitions are organized?

The exhibitions are organized 3/4 months before they occur. Some of the artists enrolled in the program will be contacted by email, depending on the curator's choice, and in accordance with the hosting gallery and with the Yicca staff. The offer of participating must be confirmed by the artist within 3 days from its receiving. If one or more artists refuses the show in program, other artists will be contacted, until the achievement of the number of artists set for the exhibition.

 

When should I pay the registration fee for the plan that I have chosen?

The payment must be made within 3 days of confirmation of participation in the show. Depending on the chosen plan, you will have to pay the total amount valid also for following exposures.

 

The exhibition plans are annual?

Yes. Depending on the chosen plan, a minimum of 1, 2 or 4 annual exhibitions will be proposed to the artist. The effective date of the plan starts from the day of its payment. However, if the artist refuses one or more exposures, he will still have the right to be invited to other exposures even after the annual deadline, and his plan will be valid until the effective participation in the offered exhibitions number.

 

When and where I will exhibit?

The exhibitions are programmed at any time throughout the year in different spaces and galleries in various European cities. Details of the dates and place of each exposition, will be provided together with the call for participation, 3/4 months before the event.

 

How many and who are the artists with whom I will exhibit?

The names and the number of artists for every exhibition will be chosen by curator along with the gallery and with the Yicca's staff. The number of participants can also vary from a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 18 artists depending on the size of the space or of the hosting gallery.

 

With how many works can I participate? What kind of works can I exhibit?

Each artist participates with one work. The work will be chosen by the curator along with the artist in according to the theme and type of exposure.

 

An exhibition belonging to the program was proposed to me. Can I refuse?

Yes.

 

There is ongoing exhibition in which I wanted to participate. Why I wasn't invited?

The artists are invited to exhibitions according to their artistic research and to the type of work that best fits the theme and nature of each exposure.

 

Where should I send the work for an exhibition?

Details of where to send the work are communicated from time to time, according to the place of exposure.

 

Will the works on display be for sale?

The works will be on sale throughout the exhibition period. The sales prices are determined independently by the artists. Sales commissions may be obtained from the gallery or hosting space in varying degrees. Details of the fees applied will be notified in time to the artists. The artists have the right to not sell their works.
